The Art of Hosting || Bowen Island

Over the years, we have been very fortunate to be able to co-facilitate a number of Art of Hosting events. This invaluable and sought-after workshop is abundant with insight, learning, and so much wisdom about participatory leadership, collective strategy, and activating the wisdom of those that support us in all facets of life.

This November 11-14th, 2018, there is an amazing Art of Hosting event happening on beautiful Bowen Island, BC. Space is very limited, but the adventure this event will spark is the opportunity of a lifetime.

WHY THE ART OF HOSTING?

The times we are living in call for more effective meetings, better engagement processes, participatory leadership and the ability to craft strategy from collective wisdom and intelligence.  Join us to:

Build Stronger Teams and Partnerships. Broaden the skill set within your group, work more effectively and enjoyably together, engage teams, organizations, and community stakeholders in meaningful conversations that promote resilience, belonging, innovation, and collective impact.

Enhance our skills and abilities to work with complexity, uncertainty & change. Develop leadership confidence for facing challenges that don’t have solutions, learn practices to engage skillfully with fear, conflict and stuck patterns, use wise process planning architectures for small and large scale initiatives, and host strategic conversation

Apply what you are learning directly to the change projects that are important to you, your community or organization.

WHO’S ON THE TEAM

Your hosting team each have decades of experience teaching and utilizing participatory leadership practices in almost every conceivable setting, from the corporate sector to government, non-profits and social justice movements, faith communities, indigenous communities and social institutions.  They are experienced facilitators, coaches and leaders in their own right, and are all stewards of the global Art of Hosting community.
